1:1 coaching is the key to true transformation
Do you know, most companies have a CPD budget that would pay for your 1:1 coaching? For more information, click the button and I will send you a pack to forward to your line manager.
Honestly, if I had my time again, 1:1 coaching would have been the way forward for me.
I did it the hard way.
I wasn’t offered coaching, nor did I know about coaching whilst I was learning how to lead a team. The school of knocks took its toll and I struggled with imposter syndrome, constant stress, poor time management and general overwhelm.
Everything was hard, and I honestly thought everyone thought the worst of me.
It was until I became a qualified coach did I truly realise the transformation coaching can bring to leadership.
I now do what I needed then.
FAQs
-
That all depends on our schedules. I prefer not to leave any longer than a fortnight between sessions, to ensure we have momentum and you stay focused.
-
I prefer to run my sessions virtually, however in person is an option I’m open to discuss.
-
You have options to pay in instalments, in full, by card, or bank transfer. A deposit will be taken initially to secure your place, then we draw up our contract and discuss how you’d prefer to pay. All payments must be made before the end of our time together.
I am also able to take payments from your employer.
-
I make sure I contract with your employer, that what we discuss is confidential and I will not provide updates on our sessions. I may share how many we have undertaken, and your level of commitment, but I will never share any information. I adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
I would encourage you as an employee who is benefiting from a CPD budget to provide your line manager with updates of your progress.

You will need a quiet, private space - preferably at home, away from prying ears!
You’ll need A4 paper, or pad, and pen for you to capture your thinking as we go.
Also, ideally, you’d have headphones as sometimes clicking the mute button on and off can be distracting for you.
Finally, a good cuppa, a biscuit and a comfy place to do this work. You’re going to be spending time with someone who completely has your back, who you’ll build a great relationship with, so it’s absolutely fine to be relaxed and comfortable.
